This year, National School Lunch Week (NSLW) is being celebrated October 15th-19th. This year’s theme, “School Lunch: Lots 2 Love,” encourages students and school nutrition professionals across the country to share what they love most about school lunch programs.
Why celebrate? To raise awareness about school lunch and its importance to student success!
Did you know?…

-
The NSLP serves lunch to 30 million students every school day?
-
4.9 billion school lunches are served to students annually?
Help spread the word about the importance of school lunch today. The School Nutrition Association has put together a NSLW digital tool kit, presentations, handouts, social media tips, and much more that can be found here.
