Why did you want to become a Fuel Up to Play 60 State Ambassador?
To help get the students in my school more active and to make healthier snack and food choices.
What do you hope to accomplish as a state ambassador?
I want to implement a yogurt parfait snack in the cafe at my school and work on reinventing the morning and after school intramural program.
So far, what has been your favorite thing about being involved in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program?
The ability to attend the two summits: the local Fuel Up to Play 60 Reward Summit and the Fuel Up to Play 60 Student Ambassador Summit in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
What types of projects has your school’s Fuel Up to Play 60 team already accomplished?
We’ve done breakfast carts, food and milk drives, and recess expansion at elementary schools.
What do you want to be when you’re older?
A soccer player!
